Victoria Kossover is a partner in Kossover Law Offices. Ms. Kossover’s legal experience includes residential and commercial real estate transactions, the purchase and sale of businesses, business law, and drafting of wills.

Ms. Kossover also has vast experience counseling students on their legal rights at SUNY New Paltz. Ms. Kossover has been a member of Phi Beta Kappa and received her B.A. Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 1975. She received her J.D. from American University in 1979 and became certified as a divorce mediator in 2003.

Ms. Kossover previously served on the Board of Directors of Unison Arts and Learning Center in New Paltz and she is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Provident Bank. Ms. Kossover is also a member of the Ulster County Bar Association and Mid-Hudson Women’s Bar Association. She serves on the Committee on Character and Fitness for the Third Judicial District. Ms. Kossover is admitted to practice in all New York State Courts and the Federal Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts.
