Mr. Trank joined the firm when it was originally formed in 1994, after receiving his law degree from Pace University. Mr. Trank’s practice has an emphasis in the field of plaintiffs’ personal injury litigation, providing personal and attentive representation to clients from the inception of their case up through and including trial.

Mr. Trank also practices in the fields of criminal defense law and general commercial litigation, and represents both builders and homeowners throughout the Hudson Valley in all aspects of the construction industry.

Mr. Trank is admitted to practice in the states of New York, Connecticut and New Jersey and is a member of the Ulster County Bar Association, New York State Bar Association, American Bar Association, Tort and Insurance Practice Section – ABA, Construction Industry Forum – ABA, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
